Bronia Zaks – Family Story During the Holocaust and Immigrating to Canada

Bronia Zaks speaks about her family’s experience during and after World War II including the Holocaust. She also tells us about their life in Poland after the War and about immigrating to Canada (Montreal). Bronia shares with us some of the drawings her father made and their significance.

Check out an article by Bronia called “Unlocking the healing power of creativity” where she writes about her father’s drawings.

Also, Bronia’s father in-law, Zvi Waldman, wrote a memoire about his experiences in World War II. As a teenager, he helped concentration camp victims in Poland escape. To read “Have the Stars in the Sky Darkened?” you can visit the website http://zviwaldman.com/.
